I went to my first channelled group meditation with Bec on Sunday evening and it was truly amazing! From the moment I stepped into the room the atmosphere felt very calming and peaceful. Although it was a group meditation I actually felt like everything single word that Bec channelled was meant for me. The feeling of being so deeply relaxed was very soothing and I could feel the energy move through me. Such a beautiful experience to start the week!

Having Access Bars sessions with Bec has truly been life changing for me.
